titleOfInvention | A method for enzymatic degumming of high acid value rice bran oil |
abstract | The invention discloses an enzymatic degumming method for high acid value rice bran oil, belonging to the technical field of separation and application of enzymes. Use partial glyceride lipase to pretreat high acid value rice bran oil and then use phospholipase to carry out enzymatic degumming, use partial glyceride lipase (can only act on monoglycerides and Ester) specifically removes partial glycerides with emulsifying effect in high-acid rice bran oil, so that the phospholipids wrapped in high-acid rice bran oil are released, and the contact between phospholipase and phospholipids in high-acid rice bran oil is increased during degumming probability, greatly improving the reaction rate and efficiency of enzymatic degumming, and solving the bottleneck problem of slow rate and low efficiency of enzymatic degumming of high-acid rice bran oil. At the same time, after the high-acid value rice bran oil is pretreated with partial glyceride lipase, the partial glyceride lipase is enriched in the lower aqueous phase, which can be recycled and reused for many times. |
