abstract | The invention provides a polyurethane adhesive composition and a polyurethane adhesive. The polyurethane adhesive composition includes: A component, in weight percentage, A component includes 20-70wt.% of one or more bio-oil modified polyols; B component, B component includes 50-70wt.% 90wt.% of one or more polyurethane prepolymers. The polyurethane prepolymer is a terminal isocyanate product obtained by reacting an isocyanate monomer compound and a polyol compound. The isocyanate monomer is selected from aromatic cyanate compounds and aliphatic isocyanate compounds. Any one of them, the polyol compound is selected from any one of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, dimer acid modified polyol, bio-oil modified polyol, and bisphenol A modified polyether polyol. The polyurethane adhesive composition of the present application can form high initial strength in a short period of time without heating, and has sufficient mechanical strength and bonding stability. |
