The ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of color paste, 55-70 parts of monomer, 5-9 parts of prepolymer, 11-14 parts of photoinitiator and 0-5 parts of flatting agent, wherein the color paste comprises 10-25 parts of yellow pigment, 60-85 parts of monomer and 5-15 parts of dispersant. The ink of the invention is prepared by stirring and high-speed grinding. The yellow UV-LED ink-jet ink meets the requirement of high-speed ink-jet printing, has the particle size of less than 0.5 mu m, the viscosity of 20-35 cP (at 25 ℃), and the surface tension of 25-35 mN/m (at 25 ℃); the UV-LED light source can be selected from one or more of 365nm, 375nm, 385nm, 390nm, 395nm and 405nm, and the power is 2W/cm 2 And the above, the above-mentioned,the curing speed of the ink is 150-200 m/min, and the requirement of high-speed ink jet printing is met; meanwhile, the paint also has good adhesive force, glossiness, leveling property and tolerance; the proportion of the prepolymer in the ink formula is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced. |
