titleOfInvention | Flavonol derivatives and their preparation methods and applications |
abstract | The invention discloses a flavonol derivative as well as its preparation method and application. Specifically, the present invention discloses a flavonol derivative shown in formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or an enantiomer, diastereoisomer, tautomer, solvate thereof , polymorph or prodrug, wherein, R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from: -OH, -OC (=O) R a ; R a is substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 12 alkenyl; R 3 is selected from: hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy; R 4 is selected from: hydrogen, cyclic monosaccharide sugar group; unless otherwise specified, the "substitution" refers to one or Multiple hydrogen atoms are substituted by substituents selected from the group consisting of -OH, C 1 -C 4 alkyl. The flavonol compound of the present invention has an excellent blood lipid-lowering effect, and can significantly reduce the levels of TG, CHO, and LDL-C in blood lipids. |
