The present invention provides a polymer matrix composite material, the polymer matrix composite material comprising a porous polymer network; and a plurality of thermally conductive particles distributed within the polymer network structure; wherein based on the thermally conductive particles and the polymer (without and wherein the polymer matrix composite has a density of at least 0.3 g/cm 3 , and a method of making the same. The polymer matrix composites can be used, for example, in electronic devices. |
