titleOfInvention Detection method of free chlorine in water based on Raman spectrum
abstract The invention relates to a detection method of free chlorine in water based on Raman spectrum, which comprises the following steps: s1, preparing the surface enhanced Raman substrate material by an interface self-assembly method; s2, modifying the surface enhanced Raman substrate material prepared in the step S1 to obtain a surface enhanced Raman substrate material with a marker; s3, detecting a series of sodium hypochlorite standard solutions with known concentration by using the surface enhanced Raman substrate material with the marker obtained in the step S2, and further drawing a standard curve of free chlorine detection; and S4, detecting the free chlorine in the water sample to be detected by using the surface enhanced Raman substrate material with the marker obtained in the step S2, and comparing the detection result with the standard curve drawn in the step S3 to obtain the concentration of the free chlorine in the water sample to be detected. The method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, accuracy, small interference, reproducibility, low cost, low detection limit, capability of monitoring for a long time and the like.
