abstract The invention discloses a method for efficiently collecting microorganisms on the surface of freshly picked tea leaves. The microorganisms on the surface of tea leaves are extracted by using a buffer solution containing hydrophilic surfactant SDS, the buffer solution is improved by 1‰-5‰ volume of 10% SDS, and then The surface microorganisms of tea were collected by centrifugation, ultrasonic vibration, and resuspended bacteria in physiological saline. The results showed that the total number of bacteria collected after adding SDS was significantly increased compared with all reported methods. The invention has simple process, low cost and high microbial extraction efficiency.
