titleOfInvention A kind of dimer acid type polyester amide hot melt adhesive and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a dimer acid type polyester amide hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The hot-melt adhesive comprises: (1) dibasic carboxylic acid copolymerization unit, which includes: (a) 70-95 mol% dimer acid copolymerization unit, and (b) 5-30 mol% C 6 -C 14 aliphatic Dibasic carboxylic acid copolymerization units, based on the total number of moles of dibasic carboxylic acid copolymerization units; and (2) dibasic amine and diol copolymerization units, which include: (c) 70-95 mole % C 2 ‑C 8 aliphatic dibasic amine copolymerization units; (d) 3~15 mol% perfluoropolyether diol copolymerization units, and (e) 0‑15 mol% polyether dibasic amine copolymerization units; The total molar number of alcohol copolymerization units is used as the basis; the number average molecular weight Mn of the hot melt adhesive is 2000-30000. The hot-melt adhesive has good cohesiveness, fluidity and low-temperature flexibility as well as excellent resistance to chemical media.
