abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of polyether polyol, and particularly discloses a continuous preparation method of flame-retardant polyether polyol, which comprises the following steps of S1, preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of silicone oil, 3-8 parts of small molecular dihydric alcohol or alcohol amine, 0.6-1.8 parts of alkaline catalyst, 15-25 parts of trihydroxymethyl phosphorus oxide, 1-5 parts of diester phosphate, 30-50 parts of ethylene oxide, 1-5 parts of water and 0.5-1.3 parts of flame retardant, wherein the trihydroxymethyl phosphorus oxide and the diester phosphate are added into the solution of the silicone oil polyether polyol, the mixture is uniformly mixed, the reaction is carried out for 3-5 hours at the temperature of 70-100 ℃, and the flame-retardant polyether polyol is obtained after filtration. The flame retardant can be well and stably existing at high temperature, the influence of the high temperature on the flame retardant is avoided, and the service life of the flame retardant is prolonged. |
