abstract The invention provides a 550nm excited rhodamine fluorescent dye and a preparation method thereof, the rhodamine fluorescent dye has a structural formula shown as (1), and the absorption and emission wavelengths of the rhodamine fluorescent dye are red-shifted (about 50 nm) to a certain extent compared with those of rhodamine 110 through structural modification of a rigid five-membered ring. Meanwhile, the raw materials used in the invention are cheap and easy to obtain, the operation is simple, the requirement on the experiment is low, and the obtained novel rhodamine fluorescent dye has high light stability and high quantum yield (up to 0.93 in ethanol), and can be widely applied to the field of biological fluorescence imaging.
