titleOfInvention A High Brightness and High Stability Cell Membrane Carbonic Anhydrase IX Fluorescent Probe
abstract The present invention provides a cell membrane carbonic anhydrase IX fluorescent probe with high brightness and high stability. The probe is based on a rhodamine 6G fluorescent parent and is connected to a benzsulfamide targeting group. Its structural formula is shown in (1). The fluorescent probe is highly impermeable to the cell membrane, and at the same time, the rapid coordination and binding of benzenesulfonamide to the zinc atom in human carbonic anhydrase IX enables the no-wash imaging of cell membrane carbonic anhydrase IX. The structure is simple, the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and the synthesis is convenient, and it has broad prospects in the research of cell membrane carbonic anhydrase IX.
