titleOfInvention | Molybdenum-containing sewage treatment method and equipment in molybdenum ore region |
abstract | A molybdenum-containing sewage treatment method and equipment in molybdenum ore areas, belonging to the technical field of sewage treatment. The method comprises the following steps: allowing raw water containing molybdenum to enter a primary settling tank, staying for 40-60min to settle impurities, allowing the impurities to flow into a sludge pipeline, and overflowing supernatant of the primary settling tank to an adjusting tank; sending water into a sedimentation tank of a reaction system from raw water in an adjusting tank through a pressure water pump, adding 70-150 mg/L of polyferric sulfate, adjusting the pH to 4.5-5, allowing molybdate ions in the water and polyferric sulfate to be attracted to form a precipitate, allowing the precipitate to flow into a sludge pipeline, and allowing clear liquid filtered by the sedimentation tank of the reaction system to overflow into a two-box type reaction tank; adding caustic soda, adjusting the pH of the effluent to 7.5, and then filtering the effluent in a filtering system; after the filtration system filters impurities, the molybdenum content of the effluent is less than or equal to 1.5mg/L and the effluent is discharged. The method has the advantages of low acidity, short reaction time, low treatment cost, simple and convenient treatment equipment, good treatment effect and the like. |
