The invention discloses the application of benzamine in the preparation of medicaments for preventing and treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury or ischemic heart disease. Through transcriptome data analysis of peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome, based on co-expression pathways and drug gene set enrichment analysis methods, a list of candidate drugs for the prevention and treatment of acute coronary syndrome was obtained. Syndrome marketed drug, benzamin, which has not been found to have the effect of preventing and treating acute coronary syndrome, is among them, and it has been verified in the hypoxia-reoxygenation cell model that simulates myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and ischemic heart disease. Its effect is comparable to that of the common beta-blocker cardiovascular disease drug metoprolol. Therefore, benzamin can be used to prepare a drug for preventing and treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury or ischemic heart disease. |
