The preparation method of the health food comprises the following steps: preparing materials: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; mixing: uniformly mixing probiotics, fig freeze-dried powder, selenium-enriched yeast and isomaltitol for later use; and (3) granulation: adding a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose aqueous solution into the mixture, uniformly mixing, and granulating on a granulator to obtain wet granules; and (3) drying: drying the wet granules to a moisture content of 3-4% by weight; straightening: finishing the dried particles; tabletting: adding magnesium stearate into the granules, mixing, and tabletting. The health food has the effects of enhancing immunity, delaying senescence, regulating intestinal flora, promoting nutrient absorption of human bodies and relieving sub-health symptoms. |
