abstract | The invention provides a digestion-promoting miscellaneous grain beverage and a preparation method thereof. 4.5%, orange pulp 10-15%, seaweed polysaccharide 0.4-0.8% and okra polysaccharide 0.5-1.0%, and the balance is water. Preparation method: 1) the yam and hawthorn are mixed and then ground to obtain a grinding slurry; 2) black rice, oat and barley are first fried, then boiled with an appropriate amount of water, cooled to room temperature and then ground to obtain a multigrain slurry; 3 ) After mixing the grinding slurry, the miscellaneous grain slurry and the orange pulp, the remaining water is added, and after stirring evenly, the seaweed polysaccharide and the okra polysaccharide are added for adjustment to obtain a crude beverage; 4) the crude beverage of step 3) is subjected to high pressure homogenization. After the quality treatment, the sterilization treatment can be used to obtain a digestible cereal beverage. The beverage can effectively promote the digestion and absorption of the gastrointestinal tract and has a longer shelf life. |
