The invention relates to the application of serum exosome human annexin A11 (Annexin A11, ANXA11) in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer (pancreatic cancer, PC). The invention discloses the application of serum exosome ANXA11 in a product for diagnosing pancreatic cancer; the product is applied to the detection of pancreatic cancer markers ANXA11, CA19-9, CEA, ANXA11+CA19-9, ANXA11+CEA in dot immunoblotting experiment . The invention also discloses a detection kit for detecting ANXA11 in serum, comprising the following steps: S1, detecting the concentration of ANXA11 in serum by antigen-antibody reaction; S2, using electrochemiluminescence immunoassay to detect serum CA19-9 and CEA respectively S3.
