abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a dopamine-based zinc surface gallium-loaded graphene oxide composite coating, which comprises the steps of sequentially pretreating the surface of a zinc substrate, carrying out alkali heat treatment, and soaking the zinc substrate in a gallium nitrate solution to obtain a Zn/Ga-marked gallium-loaded coating sample; soaking the obtained gallium-carrying zinc sheet in a dopamine solution to obtain a gallium-dopamine coating marked by Zn/Ga/PDA, and soaking the gallium-dopamine coating sample in a graphene oxide solution for 24 hours to obtain a gallium-dopamine-graphene composite coating. According to the invention, the gallium-dopamine-graphene composite functional coating is constructed on the zinc sheet by a hydrothermal-self-assembly method to improve the comprehensive performance of the zinc sheet, meanwhile, gallium and graphene oxide have a synergistic high-efficiency antibacterial effect, the infection of zinc in a human body is greatly reduced, and the gallium and graphene double-layer protection zinc is constructed to slow down the degradation speed of the zinc sheet and greatly reduce the degradation speed of zinc. |
