titleOfInvention | Recombinant influenza virus and its application in vaccine |
abstract | The present invention relates to the field of zoonotic infectious diseases, in particular to a recombinant influenza virus and its application in vaccines. The recombinant influenza virus genome is attenuated by mutation in the following gene regions: the 127-2217 base fragment of PB2; the 48-1712 base fragment of HA; the 106-1422 base fragment of NP; the 42-1346 base fragment of NA base fragment; NS 166-495 base fragment. Using the deviralization strategy to re-encode the viral genome can reduce the pathogenicity of influenza virus by about 2×10 4 times; and the recombinant influenza virus still has good immunogenicity, and the prepared vaccine can be used against homologous and heterologous viruses. Provides complete protection. |
