titleOfInvention A North China Great Black-gill Beetle Cell Line and Its Application
abstract The present invention provides a North China Scarab beetle cell line sensitive to grubicidal pest Bt Cry8Ab1 protein, and the cell line has a deposit number of CCTCC No: C201866. The cell line of the invention can be used for the determination of the activity of the Bt insecticidal crystal protein for killing grub pests and the research on the insecticidal mechanism. The cell line QAU-Ho-E-6-22 provided by the invention can also be used for the screening of grub insecticides. In the present invention, the cell line of the insect is established, cloned and screened, and a cell line sensitive to the Bt Cry8Ab1 insecticidal protein is obtained, and the relevant biological characteristics are studied. Physiological studies of beetles, as well as in vitro bioassays and insecticidal mechanism studies of novel insecticides provide material.
