The method comprises the steps of firstly preparing a Ti-Ta layer on the surface of a copper net, then preparing a carbon fiber needled whole felt by using a relay needling method by taking a non-weft carbon cloth, a carbon fiber net tire, graphite and the Ti-Ta copper net as basic raw materials to obtain a 2.5D carbon fiber needled whole felt, and then performing chemical vapor deposition pyrolytic carbon treatment and polymer impregnation-carbonization treatment to finally obtain a finished product with low resistivity and excellent mechanical properties. The preparation method has the beneficial effects of solving the problem that the Cu/C interface in the composite material is poor due to the fact that the Cu/C of the existing metal type carbon fiber sliding plate is not wetted, and providing the preparation method of the C/C-Cu composite material with low resistivity and excellent mechanical property. |
