titleOfInvention | A kind of rapid detection method of starch content in brewing grain |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for rapid detection of starch content in grains for winemaking, and relates to the technical field of winemaking. Obtain the sample powder to be tested; S2. Digestion: add hydrochloric acid and calcium chloride solution to the sample powder to be digested, and cool the digested mixture; S3. Adjust pH value: take 0.5 mL of the cooled mixture in step S2 , add 4.5mL alkaline solution in it, adjust the pH value to 7.3-7.5; S4. Detect: take 2mL of the product obtained by processing in step S3, drop it in the reducing sugar reagent, and then immediately put it in the starch speed tester for detection ; S5: starch content calculation: with the help of the standard working curve, the starch content is calculated according to the results obtained by detection. The rapid detection method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and easy operation, good repeatability and reproducibility, little pollution, and only 30 minutes for the determination of a single sample, thereby realizing rapid detection in the true sense. |
