Method for hydrosilylation reaction of carbonyl compound in biological oil |
abstract |
The invention relates to a hydrosilylation reaction method of carbonyl compounds in biological oil. The method comprises the following steps: reacting hydrogen-containing silane and a carbonyl compound serving as reaction raw materials for 10 minutes to 16 hours at a temperature of between 25 and 100 ℃ in the presence of a catalyst and a solvent to obtain a product; wherein the mass ratio is, hydrogen-containing silane: carbonyl compound: catalyst 1: 1-0.01: 1 to 0.01; the mass ratio of the carbonyl compound: solvent 1: 10 to 100 parts; the carrier of the catalyst is a molecular sieve loaded with palladium salt. The invention overcomes the defects of the current hydrosilylation catalytic system of the biological oil derivative carbonyl compound, and has simple process and mild reaction conditions. |
