The invention discloses a preparation method of a flue gas denitration catalyst, which comprises the following contents: mixing aluminum salt, polyethylene glycol, aluminum sol, amide compound and low-carbon alcohol aqueous solution uniformly, then adding propylene oxide and/or pyridine , mix evenly; immerse the pretreated cordierite honeycomb ceramic matrix into the mixture for treatment, take it out, blow off the residual liquid, age for a period of time, soak the aging product with a low-carbon alcohol aqueous solution, and then separate the solid-liquid, and the solid phase passes through hydrogen carbonate. The ammonium solution is heat-treated, then dried and calcined to obtain the cordierite honeycomb ceramic carrier loaded with the coating; the carrier is impregnated with an impregnation solution containing active components, dried and calcined to obtain the final product. The denitration catalyst coating prepared by the method of the invention contains many macropores, and the macropores are evenly distributed, and meanwhile, a certain mechanical strength can be ensured, and the denitration catalyst has good denitration activity, and the preparation process is simple and suitable for industrial application. |
