titleOfInvention | Long-acting anticoagulant antibacterial coating for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation device (ECMO) and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a long-acting anticoagulant antibacterial coating for an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation device (ECMO) and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an anticoagulant functional monomer, an antibacterial functional monomer and a film-forming agent, and reacting for 10-15 hours at 60-80 ℃ in a free radical polymerization manner to obtain an anticoagulant antibacterial polymer; (2) mixing the anticoagulant antibacterial polymer with a solvent. The invention designs the coating with the functions of anticoagulation and antibiosis, and can well combine the antifouling function and the sterilization function. The combination of the two functions can reduce the risk of bacterial infection for a long time. By reasonably selecting and controlling the introduction of the antibacterial functional components, the anticoagulant function of the coating can be well maintained. |
