titleOfInvention Application of cortistatin 14 in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory diseases
abstract The invention discloses the application of a tumor necrosis factor antagonist cortistatin 14 in preparing a drug for the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory diseases. Cortistatin 14 can directly bind to tumor necrosis factor TNF-α cell surface receptors, antagonize TNF-α function, and play a protective role in autoimmune inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis. The results of intermolecular interaction experiments showed that cortistatin 14 can directly bind to the cell surface receptor TNFR of TNF-α, a key molecule of various autoinflammatory diseases including psoriasis. At the same time, animal models show that cortistatin 14 can inhibit the occurrence of various inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis, improve the condition, and long-term application has no obvious side effects. It can be used for psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis and other fields, has broad application value and market prospects.
