abstract | The invention discloses hypoglycemic active components in Panax ginseng, and their hypoglycemic compositions and applications. In the present invention, 1 to 12 compounds are separated from Panax ginseng, and it is found that the 3rd and 5th to 12th compounds have hypoglycemic activity; the 1st to 12th compounds, and the 5th to 8th compounds. It was found that the total saponins of Panax ginseng and the herbal extracts of Panax ginseng have hypoglycemic activity. The invention utilizes in vitro and in vivo hypoglycemic experimental models to obtain various hypoglycemic active components and predominant hypoglycemic compositions in Bamboo ginseng, and their related activities and applications in terms of diabetic kidney complications. The antidiabetic traditional Chinese medicine with small side effect and good effect was screened out. |
