titleOfInvention Process for preparing polyamides by anionic ring-opening polymerization and polyamides prepared therefrom
abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyamides by anionic ring-opening polymerization and to the polyamides prepared thereby. In more detail, it relates to an environmentally friendly process that does not use solvents as catalysts. Compared with existing polymerization methods, it can polymerize polymers with uniform molecular weight at high conversion rates through anion ring opening at low temperature and within a short polymerization reaction time. Process for preparing polyamides by polymerization and polyamides prepared thereby. For this reason, the method prepares polyamide by anionic polymerization, which includes: lactam; relative to the total amount of 100 parts by weight of the lactam, the alkali metal as the initiator is 0.01 to 20 parts by weight, the molecular weight regulator 0.3 to 10 parts by weight, and carbon dioxide as an activator is 0.002 to 1.0 parts by weight. As mentioned above, the present invention is an environmentally friendly process that does not use a solvent as a catalyst. Compared with the existing polymerization method, it can polymerize polymers with uniform molecular weight at a low temperature and a short polymerization reaction time at a high conversion rate.
