abstract | The invention aims to provide a long-chain non-coding RNA LINC02481 related to gastric cancer and application thereof. The siRNA inhibitor designed according to LINC02481 can inhibit proliferation of gastric cancer cells and promote apoptosis of gastric cancer cells, so that the siRNA provided by the invention can be applied to preparation of gastric cancer medicaments. The invention has the beneficial effects that the invention provides a new target spot for gastric cancer diagnosis, and the detection has excellent diagnosis value; secondly, the invention provides application of the LINC02481 gene inhibitor in preparing a medicine for treating gastric cancer, and provides a new direction for development of the medicine for treating gastric cancer. |
