Application of Circulating Nucleic Acids as Markers of Hypertension, Diabetes and Hyperlipidemia |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of circulating nucleic acids as markers of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. The present invention identifies a group of miRNA marker molecules for atherosclerosis-related diseases through specific systematic screening of serum circulating miRNAs of patients with coronary heart disease and establishment of a stable detection method; the present invention further conducts case-control studies and prospective population The study found an important contribution of circulating miRNAs in the prediction of atherosclerosis-related diseases. The results of this study will provide an important theoretical and methodological basis for the clinical application of circulating miRNAs. |
