abstract | The invention discloses a production process and a production line of a green environment-friendly polypropylene thin-wall injection molding material, wherein during production, high-purity polymer-grade propylene, high-purity hydrogen and high-purity nitrogen are respectively pressurized by a high-speed pump, a hydrogen compressor and a nitrogen compressor and then injected into a fluidized bed reactor to establish reaction initiation conditions; adding a special polymerization catalyst, an external electron donor and a cocatalyst into a fluidized bed reactor; the method comprises the steps of initiating reaction to generate a target polypropylene powder base material, then intermittently discharging the material in a fluidized bed reactor, enabling the base material discharged from the fluidized bed reactor to enter a discharging system, conveying the base material into a degassing bin in a dense phase conveying mode, then degrading, extruding, granulating, drying the base material by desalted water, and then conveying the base material into a centrifugal dryer to be packaged by a fan after separation of large particles and small particles is completed by a grading sieve, so that the bagged green environment-friendly polypropylene thin-wall injection molding material is obtained. |
