abstract | The invention relates to separation of natural medicines, in particular to a preparation method of active ingredient acteoside in a traditional Chinese medicine, which comprises the following steps: (1) pulverizing Chinese medicinal materials, extracting with solvent, heating and stirring, filtering to remove residue to obtain filtrate A; (2) concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain extract; (3) adding water into the extract, stirring, standing, collecting supernatant, and filtering to obtain filtrate B; (4) and (3) passing the filtrate B through a resin chromatographic column, eluting by using a solvent, collecting eluent, concentrating under reduced pressure, and performing spray drying to obtain the acteoside-containing extract. The preparation method of the acteoside improves the purity and the extraction rate of the acteoside, reduces the production cost and has no pollution. |
