The polymer containing the triazole derivative unit is prepared by coupling reaction, and the mixture of the polymer and PCBM is prepared as a functional layer. The current density of the photodetector diode device under negative bias and illumination conditions is significantly higher than that under dark conditions, indicating that organic semiconductor devices prepared from polymers containing the triazole derivative unit can be used for photodetection.
