titleOfInvention Extrusion type printing head prepared by adopting photocuring printing technology and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a 3D extrusion type printing head based on a photocuring printing technology, and a preparation method and application thereof. The printing head adopts photosensitive resin raw materials to form micro-fluidic pipelines with different structures according to a preset planned path by a photocuring printing technology, each micro-fluidic pipeline comprises a feeding hole, a discharging hole and a micro-fluidic shunt pipeline, and the feeding holes are shunted by the micro-fluidic shunt pipelines to form a plurality of micro-pipelines which are converged into the discharging holes. The invention combines projection micro-stereolithography and femtosecond laser direct writing technology, freely designs and manufactures the printing head with the micro-fluidic pipeline which is applicable to various materials and various structural devices, is applied to 3D extrusion type printing equipment, greatly improves the processing precision and the printing efficiency, provides a new printing method for a special device structure fusing multiple materials, and can be applied to the rapid printing of devices in multiple fields of electronics, biology, optics and the like.
