The invention also relates to the application of the egg extracting liquid in the reagent for taking the eggs from the cattle living bodies. Further, the present invention relates to a method for treating a follicle collected from a live bovine ovum retrieval, which comprises the operation of mixing a follicle collected from a live bovine ovum retrieval with the ovum-drawing liquid of the present invention. The egg collecting recovery liquid, namely the egg extracting liquid has excellent biological effect, for example, the biological structure characteristics of Cumulus Oocyte Complexes (COCs) are maintained, and the method has important significance for improving the working efficiency of egg collection of living cattle. |
