titleOfInvention Experimental device for gas velocity of dissolving in oil base drilling fluid when survey well drilling gas is invaded
abstract The invention provides an experimental device for measuring the dissolving speed of gas in oil-based drilling fluid during gas invasion of drilling well, which consists of a liquid storage tank, a displacement pump, a valve, a one-way valve, a liquid flowmeter, a pressure gauge, a bubble generator, a drill rod, a rotating motor, a shaft, a gas flowmeter, an electromagnetic valve, an air compressor, a methane bottle, a nitrogen bottle, a back pressure valve and a gas measuring cylinder; the gas dissolving speed at any moment can be calculated by measuring the gas injection discharge capacity and the gas outlet discharge capacity and utilizing the difference between the two discharge capacities; the gas flowing space is an annular space formed by a drill rod and a shaft, the drill rod rotates at different rotating speeds under the driving of a rotating motor, and the rotating environment of the drill rod during drilling is simulated; by varying the nitrogen injected into the wellbore from above the wellbore that is insoluble in the oil-based drilling fluid, the pressure in the wellbore can be varied; the methane and nitrogen are injected in a switching way by synchronously opening and closing the electromagnetic valves on the methane and nitrogen injection pipelines. The invention overcomes the problem that the existing device can not measure the dissolution speed of gas in the oil-based drilling fluid under the conditions of annular structure, drill rod rotation and gas flow, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.
