abstract | The invention provides a primer-probe combination for detecting novel coronavirus based on digital PCR and its application. The nucleic acid sequences of the primer pairs in the primer-probe combination are shown in SEQ ID NO.1-2, and the nucleic acid sequences of the probes in the primer-probe combination are shown in SEQ ID NO.3. The present invention designs primer pairs and probes for the ORF1ab gene region in COVID-19, which can specifically detect novel coronaviruses. The kit prepared by using the primer-probe combination can be used in conjunction with digital PCR technology to perform sample analysis on samples. Absolute quantification, high detection sensitivity, and the detection results can also exclude the interference of complex samples on the experimental results, with high accuracy. |
