titleOfInvention Chitosan/poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid)-Al3+ ionic hydrogel and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a transparent, highly stretchable, high-strength, fully self-recovery, fatigue-resistant and ultra-sensitive chitosan/poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid)-Al 3+ ionic hydrogel, a preparation method thereof, and a chitosan/poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid)-Al 3+ ion hydrogel Applications in strain sensing devices. In the present invention, the AlCl 3 solution realizes one-step dissolution and cross-linking of CS at high temperature to form an Al 3+ -CS complex. Subsequently, the complex was introduced into the poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid) copolymer composite system as a heavy cross-linked network, and another heavy physical bond was further constructed through the ionic bond formed between the carboxyl groups on the copolymer chain and Al 3+ . The network is cross-linked to obtain the ionic hydrogel. The ionic hydrogel prepared by the invention has the characteristics of transparency, high stretchability, high strength, complete self-recovery, fatigue resistance and ultra-sensitivity. The device can effectively monitor the movement of various parts of the human body.
