The invention belongs to the technical field of wine making, and discloses a waste vinasse recycling process, which comprises the following steps of: s1, taking 100 parts of white spirit vinasse and 10-30 parts of treated corn straw, uniformly mixing, and performing ultrasonic pretreatment; s2, adding 0.1-0.2 part of enzyme preparation and 5-15 parts of strain into the mixture, and fermenting for 3-6 days; s3, cutting the water hyacinth to 2-4cm, and cutting the dried straw to 3-5 cm by using a cutting machine; s4, uniformly mixing 100 parts of the fermentation mixture obtained in the S2, 100-200 parts of water hyacinth and 30-60 parts of dried straw to obtain a silage raw material, and fermenting the silage raw material for 1-2 months to obtain a silage. The invention has the following advantages and effects: the liquor distiller's grains and corn straws are pretreated by ultrasonic waves, so that the microbial availability of organic matters in the straws and rice hulls can be improved; the fermented mixture and the water hyacinth are mixed and then the water hyacinth can be ensiled by using the proliferated strains, and the produced ensiled feed has high protein content and good palatability. |
