titleOfInvention | Application of mutant zebra fish in preparation of animal model of myelodysplastic syndrome |
abstract | The invention discloses application of a mutant zebra fish in preparation of an animal model of myelodysplastic syndrome. The mutant zebra fish is an asxl1 mutant zebra fish, and the asxl1 mutant zebra fish is zebra fish with 7 base deletions from 817 th to 823 th in 12 th exon of the zebra fish asxl1gene or 22 base deletions from 798 th to 819 th. The invention constructs the truncated ASXL1 mutant similar to a patient with blood myeloid tumor for the first time, mainly influences the development of zebra fish neutrophils after mutation and has similar symptoms with human myelodysplastic syndrome with dysplasia, and discovers that the phenotype of the mutant can be recovered by treating the mutant by using the demethylase inhibitor aiming at H3K4me3 for the first time, so that the model can possibly become a pathogenesis for researching the myelodysplastic syndrome caused by ASXL1mutation and can become a new carrier for drug screening. |
