titleOfInvention | A kind of foaming grade modified polylactic acid and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A foaming-grade modified polylactic acid, characterized in that it is made from the following raw materials by weight: polylactic acid 85.20-99.60%; dicarbonate organic peroxide 0.10-2.00%; castor oil 0.10-5.00% ; nucleating agent 0.10-5.00%; phosphite antioxidant 0.07-2.80%. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the above foaming grade modified polylactic acid. The phosphite antioxidants in the present invention can capture part of peroxide free radicals, relieve the severity of free radical reaction in the extrusion process, ensure that polylactic acid will not be excessively cross-linked, and on the one hand, can significantly improve the performance of polylactic acid. Melt strength meets the requirements of extrusion foaming process. On the other hand, polylactic acid has low gel content, small gel size and uniform distribution, which does not affect the growth of cells and ensures that polylactic acid has good foamability. sex. |
