titleOfInvention Halogenated pyrazole matrine derivative with insecticidal activity and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The inventionDiscloses a halogenated pyrazole matrine derivative with insecticidal activity, a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a halogenated pyrazole matrine derivative which is a compound shown in a formula (I), wherein R is halogen; and the substitution site of R is 3, 4 or 5 substitution on the pyrazole ring or the combination thereof. The invention obtains the halogenated pyrazole matrine derivative with high insecticidal activity, simple and convenient preparation method and low cost by carrying out chemical reaction and conversion on the sophocarpine compound and the halogenated pyrazole in a water phase and weak base catalytic system. The death rate of the diamondback moth reaches 100% after 0.5g/mL of 4-iodopyrazole matrine is used for 72 hours, and the halogenated pyrazole matrine derivative has wide application prospects in the agricultural field, and particularly has good application prospects in the aspect of preventing and controlling lepidoptera pests.
