The invention provides a foam generating and collecting device and a method for extracting total saponins, and belongs to the technical field of chemical industry. The foam generating and collecting device provided by the invention comprises a foam generating tower, a foam collecting tower and a gas control system. The invention utilizes the foam generating tower to generate saponin foam, utilizes the gas control system to control the generation rate of the saponin foam, utilizes the foam collecting tower to defoam the saponin foam, and finally extracts the total saponin. The foam generating and collecting device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, simple and convenient operation and quick production; the method for extracting the total saponins provided by the invention has no chemical pollution, only a small amount of defoaming agent is arranged in the foam collecting tower, and the defoaming agent can be recycled; meanwhile, the method is simple to operate, low in energy consumption and easy to realize industrial production. |
