titleOfInvention A kind of nanometer disinfectant and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a nanometer disinfectant and a preparation method thereof. Calcined kaolin with a brightness of ≥90 and a particle size of not less than 6000 meshes is mixed with solid sodium hydroxide, deionized water is added, crystal seeds are added, and the mixture is evenly stirred, and the temperature rises to 63-67°C, stop stirring, heat statically, the temperature rises to 99-101°C, and the crystallization reaction is carried out for 4-5 hours to obtain a white solid-liquid mixed product. The particle size is in the range of 100 nm. The infrared spectrum shows that the particles in the solution are consistent with the X-type molecular sieve crystal form. The main raw material of the present invention is inorganic materials, and the prepared liquid nano-disinfectant has strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal capabilities, is green and environmentally friendly, has a wide range of applications, and is simple in process. Low cost, non-toxic and harmless.
