The present invention proposes a series of nutritional compositions for infants and/or young children. Each composition of such a series is targeted to a specific age of the infant/toddler and is formulated to prevent suboptimal body composition (especially in terms of fat mass and/or fat free mass) in an individual. By preventing suboptimal body composition, the series of the present invention help prevent undesirable health conditions later in life, such as obesity, overweight, diabetes and diabetes-related disorders and/or cardiovascular disease. |
