abstract The invention discloses a triple RPA primer, probe, identification method and identification kit for rapid screening and detection of novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) and other SARS-like coronaviruses. The present invention designs the first set of primers and probes (marked as FAM) in the N gene sequence region of the SARS-CoV2 virus; designs the second set of primers and probes (marked as HEX) in the conserved region E gene sequence of the SARS-like virus; A third set of primers and probes (marked as Cy5, different from other SARS-like viruses) were designed for the specific region of the S gene sequence of the SARS-CoV2 virus. Compared with the qPCR nucleic acid detection method currently recommended by the WHO and the national CDC for the diagnosis of the new coronavirus, the present invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, rapidity and effective differentiation between the new coronavirus and other SARS-like viruses, and can shorten the detection time limit of viral nucleic acid from 90 minutes. To 20 minutes, it can meet the rapid screening needs of new coronavirus and other SARS-like viruses.
