The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR proves that LINC01877 is down-regulated in the osteogenic differentiation process of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, ALP enzyme activity detection, alizarin red staining, real-time fluorescence quantitative RCR and Western Blot prove that LINC01877 gene inhibitor can store ALP enzyme activity and calcification level of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and mRNA level and protein level expression of osteogenic differentiation related genes RUNX2, ALP and OCN genes, so the LINC01877 gene inhibitor can be used for preparing osteogenic differentiation promoters of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to promote osteogenic differentiation of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. |
