titleOfInvention Levatinib and p-hydroxybenzoic acid eutectic crystal and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a Levatinib and p-hydroxybenzoic acid eutectic crystal and a preparation method thereof. The co-crystal comprises lenvatinib and p-hydroxybenzoic acid in a molar ratio of 1: 1; the X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the eutectic measured by Cu Kalpha rays has characteristic peaks at diffraction angles 2 theta of 6.3 +/-0.2 degrees, 10.6 +/-0.2 degrees, 12.4 +/-0.2 degrees, 14.6 +/-0.2 degrees, 17.5 +/-0.2 degrees and 18.4 +/-0.2 degrees. The invention converts the lenvatinib into a brand new eutectic of the lenvatinib and the p-hydroxybenzoic acid for the first time, and the lenvatinib and the p-hydroxybenzoic acid eutectic have higher dissolution rate and larger apparent solubility. The preparation method of the eutectic of lenvatinib and p-hydroxybenzoic acid has the advantages of simple process, easy control of crystallization process, good reproducibility, suitability for industrial production and wide application prospect.
