titleOfInvention | A cerium-doped methanol oxidation to formaldehyde iron molybdenum-based catalyst and its preparation and application |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an iron-molybdenum-based catalyst for methanol oxidation to formaldehyde. The preparation of the iron-molybdenum-based catalyst is on the basis of adjusting the pH value of the raw material, using a micro-advection pump to precisely control the mixing speed of molybdenum salt and iron salt, so as to accurately control the two active components Fe 2 (MoO 4 ) 3 and MoO 3 and the spatial position relationship and ratio of the co-catalyst component CeO 2 . The number and distribution of oxygen vacancies in MoO 3 can be further modulated by the introduction of CeO 2 . In addition, vacuum drying and freeze-drying methods were used to dry samples, which can effectively avoid the formation of inactive phase Fe 2 O 3 . Using the iron-molybdenum-based catalyst of the present invention, under the conditions of normal pressure, reaction temperature 220-350°C, imported methanol volume content 6-10%, and carrier space velocity of 7500-12500h -1 , the efficient conversion of methanol can be realized, and relatively high high stability. The preparation method is simple to operate and easy to scale up. It can be used in the fields of methanol oxidation to formaldehyde, etc., and has good industrial application prospects. |
