titleOfInvention Environment-friendly sterilizing agent for medical instruments and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly sterilizing agent for medical instruments, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.2 to 0.3 percent of peroxyacetic acid, 3.5 to 6.5 percent of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of concentrated sulfuric acid, 0.6 to 1.2 percent of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of nonionic surfactant, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of benzotriazole and the balance of purified water. The prepared disinfection sterilizing agent has a thorough sterilization effect and small corrosivity to metal. The invention also provides the preparation of the sterilizing agent, and concentrated sulfuric acid is added immediately after the peroxyacetic acid and the hydrogen peroxide are added, so that the phenomenon that the peroxyacetic acid and the hydrogen peroxide are decomposed and lose efficacy in a sterilizing agent system can be effectively inhibited, and the storage life of the sterilizing agent is effectively prolonged.
