The present invention provides a method for preparing a metal ion-doped high-rate mesoporous lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material, comprising the following steps: 1) adding iron source, phosphorus source, lithium source, M metal ion source, organic ligand and macromolecular template The solution is mixed and dissolved in the solvent, and the pH value is adjusted to 1-2, and a uniform solution is formed by stirring; 2) After stirring the solution obtained in step 1) at room temperature for 1-3 hours, heat and stir at 60 ℃ to 90 ℃ until forming a sol; 3) transferring the sol obtained in step 2) to an oven, drying and aging at 80°C to 120°C for 12 to 24 hours to obtain a xerogel; 4) transferring the xerogel obtained in step 3) to an atmosphere furnace , sintering at 650° C. to 750° C. for 5 to 15 hours under the protection of an inert gas; 5) cooling the sintered material in step 4) and sieving it to obtain a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material. The present invention adopts the sol-gel method, and the prepared lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material has excellent rate performance. |
